When you submit the inquiry form on /contact, we receive the information you choose to include — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and the context you share about your situation. When you email Allan directly, we receive whatever you send. When you schedule through the Cal.com embed on /discovery-call, Cal.com collects the details required to book and confirm the meeting, subject to its own privacy practices.

Our hosting infrastructure generates ordinary server and security logs — for example IP address, browser user-agent, request time, and referring page. These are used to operate the site, protect it from abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

HaveSight does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

We use the information you share to:

• Read and personally respond to your inquiry.
• Prepare for and hold a Discovery Call.
• Deliver, and correspond about, an advisory engagement if one begins.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the site and our records.

We do not send marketing sequences, add you to mailing lists, or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We use a small number of vetted service providers to run the site and handle correspondence — for example our hosting platform, our transactional email provider, and Cal.com for scheduling. Each processes information only to help us operate the service you're using. Cal.com maintains its own privacy practices and terms.

Inquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as we reasonably need them to serve a current or prospective engagement, to keep an accurate record of our work, and to meet legal or professional obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect information you share with us — including access controls, encrypted transport, and limited administrative access. No online transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please see our Confidentiality & Secure Communication notice before sending sensitive material.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing allan@havesight.com.
