Website Terms

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of havesight.com. By using the site, you agree to them. They are written in plain language and are intended to be fair to both sides.

Informational use only

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes about HaveSight and independent executive technology advisory. It is not professional advice tailored to any specific organization or situation.

No advisor-client relationship until engagement

Visiting this site, submitting the inquiry form, exchanging emails, or scheduling a Discovery Call does not create an advisor-client relationship. An advisory relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement that describes the scope, terms, and confidentiality of the work.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaveSight and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy, imagery, and structure are owned by HaveSight and protected by copyright and other laws. "HaveSight" and "The HaveSight Framework™" refer to a proprietary methodology developed by HaveSight; you may not use the name or mark to imply endorsement, affiliation, or a shared methodology without our written permission.

Case studies and client references

Case studies on this site describe real advisory engagements. Client names, industry details, timelines, and figures may be omitted, generalized, or anonymized to protect client confidentiality. Nothing in a case study is intended to identify a client or disclose confidential information.

External links

This site may link to third-party sites — for example the Cal.com scheduling platform. Those sites are not controlled by HaveSight, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
